Oral presenters are asked to note the information below. Pre-Conference, Invited Speaker Sessions and Oral Abstract Sessions will take place on the 2nd and 3rd Floor. Please refer to the schedule, found here.

REGISTRATION

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

DUE: FEBRUARY 26, 2018

To ensure that you are able to reserve a room in our room block, please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible by clicking, here. Any remaining rooms in our room block will be released on February 26, 2018.

 

 

CME REQUIREMENTS

DUE: FEBRUARY 7, 2018 11:59pm PST

Please go to our CME provider, PESG, to provide all required information.

Your login is the e-mail address you provided to us, and your Passphrase is your last name with the first letter capitalized (i.e. if your name is John Smith your password will be Smith).

Required information as follows:

  • Session title
  • Session objectives:
    • Abstract Presenter must submit at least (1) and up to (3) objectives
    • Invited Speaker must submit at least (3) objectives
    • Pre-Conference Speaker must submit at least (3) objectives
  • Disclosure information
  • Continuing education agreement
  • Presenter CV

DUE: FEBRUARY 7, 2018 11:59pm PST

  • Presentation file (in PowerPoint format -16:9 Ratio)

Please include the applicable compliance slide as the first page of your slide deck (found below under “Compliance Slide Templates”). The file you submit must be a good working draft that reflects the substance of your final presentation.  Edits may be made after submission.

PLEASE NOTE: This will not be the file that is used for your presentation. You will need to bring your final PowerPoint slide deck (16:9 Ratio) on a flash drive/USB onsite to submit to the AV technicians (see also below in “Presenter AV Information”).

This documentation is required for us to obtain CME accreditation for the Conference. Please refer to the Speaker Quick Guide and the CE Guidance Document below for instructions on completing this process.

PRESENTATION TIME REQUIREMENTS


  • Oral Abstract Presenters

    Oral Abstract presentations will be limited to 10 minutes in length:

    • 8 minutes for the Presentation
    • 2 minutes for Questions & Answers

  • Pre-Conference & Invited Speakers

    • Pre-Conference sessions distribution of session time is at the discretion of the Chair. Please view the program for more details.

PRESENTER AV INFORMATION

 

There are two options for providing your final presentation file to conference staff so that they can be given to the AV technicians: on-site or online. Please continue reading for the details.


Submit Your Presentation Online (Before March 12, 2018 @ 11:59pm EST)

If you would like to submit your presentation online, please turn in your PowerPoint slide deck (16:9 Ratio) no later than March 12, 2018 at 11:59pm EST to dropbox as follows:

Please bring your final PowerPoint presentation file (16:9 Ratio) to the Conference on a flash drive to give to our AV technicians at least one day ahead of your presentation time (time frames and instructions were sent to you via email or can be found here**). Please bring a backup copy as well.
